During my stay, I faced a lot of discomfort due to poor soundproofing in my room. Every night was plagued by the cacophony of vehicles outside, making it impossible to sleep. the air conditioning was inadequate, leaving me hot and restless throughout the night.

the hotel was really comfy with super cozy beds that made it easy to sleep. the check-in and checkout were fast and simple, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. breakfast was good and had plenty of options. also, it's relatively close to the city center and only like a 10-min walk to the metro.

the noise levels were a bit annoying since it's near a busy street, and the wifi was kinda slow at times.

the hotel is conveniently situated with the bustling Las Ramblas just a lovely 20-minute walk away and the iconic Cathedral of Barcelona only about 2 km from your doorstep, making it easy for me to roam around and soak in the city's vibrant atmosphere every day, while the staff was very friendly and always ready to help with directions and suggestions.

the air conditioning was not effective, making the room too warm. the location was ideal, close to metro and attractions. the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the food options were diverse and delicious (especially breakfast! ).

Noise levels from the nearby boulevard disrupted relaxation, and internet access was unreliable, requiring constant requests to staff for a service already paid for. Old, worn-out furniture impacted comfort, while the air conditioning left rooms either too hot or too cold. multiple complaints highlighted issues with plumbing. toilets malfunctioned and the water quality left a lot to be desired. Bumpy check-in procedures and lack of coffee-making facilities added to an overall feeling of inconvenience.
